How to Rebook/Refund 2Go Travel Tickets?
Ticket Rebooking
You need to follow the following steps if your voyage was affected by a disruption or if you just need to change your trip:
- Send your rebooking request to the following addresses: eticket@2go.com.ph or travelsupport@2go.com.ph
- Your email must clearly include KEY DETAILS (state your reservation number and your preferred new travel date).
IMPORTANT REBOOKING REMINDERS
- The above process applies to all booking channels except those made via the 2Go Travel App.
- For booking via the 2Go Mobile App, rebooking must be done at the ticketing office counter.
- Check the latest sailing schedules at https://travel.2go.com.ph/
- Please keep in mind that rebooking is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Schedules may change without prior notice.
TICKET REFUND
For those who wanted to submit requests for REFUND, you may send it via email depending on where you booked your 2GoTravel tickets:
- Online Booking (2GO Travel Website: ETICKET@2GO.COM.PH
- Mobile Application: 2GOAPPSUPPORT@2GO.COM.PH
- Customer Interaction Center (CIC): TRAVELSUPPORT@2GO.COM.PH
- For Online Travel Agent (OTA): please contact directly your travel agent
IMPORTANT REFUND REMINDERS
- Email Hours: 2Go Travel processes Wallet and Credit Card refunds via email from Mondays to Fridays at 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Deadline: Email requests must be sent at least 2 hours before the ticket expires. If after the expiry date, please visit any 2GoTravel Corporate Ticketing Office.
- Urgent Concerns: Call 2Go Travel Customer Care Center at (02) 8528-7000 (Option 3). 2Go Travel is available from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Sunday.
