- Official Receipt (for used motorcycle)
- Certificate of Registration (for used motorcycle)
- Sales Invoice/Delivery Receipt (Brand New motorcycle)
- Deed of Sale-Notarized (for second-hand motorcycle)
- Authorization letter and a copy of valid ID (required if the owner is not available and will only send a representative at the pier)
- ID of the owner
