Who is Allowed to Travel in the Philippines

  • Filipino Citizens
  • Balikbayan under PZ 6768 (Only nationals from non-visa required countries under EO 408, Former Filipino or traveling with the Filipino, former Filipino spouse, or parent
  • Foreign Nationals with Valid and Existing Visasn (9(a) visa holders have required an entry exemption document from the foreign country post abroad).

Travelers coming from or with a travel history within the last 14 days from countries not allowed to travel the Philippines are subject to present the required supporting documents.

List of Travellers Temporarily Not Allowed to Enter the Philippines

Travelers coming from the following countries are temporarily not allowed to enter the Philippines until June 15, 2021, including those with travel to the below-listed countries within 14 days before arrival to the Phillippines.
Except for Filipinos who are part of the government and non-government repatriation efforts.

⦁ Nepal
⦁ Bangladesh
⦁ Sri Lanka
⦁ Oman
⦁ United Arab of Emirates (UAE)

Travel Requirements

The following documents must be presented upon arrival:

Filipinos

⦁ Valid Philippine Passport/Identification Certificate as proof of recognition as Filipino Citizen/Citizenship Retention and Requisition Act of 2003 Certificate Under RA 9225

Balikbayan

⦁ From non-visa requires country under EO408
⦁ Filipinos or Former Filipino, and their spouse and children who are traveling with them with proof of affiliation

Foreign Nationals with Valid and Existing Visas

⦁ Valid Visa and ACRI-card
⦁ Those holding with 9(a) visa must present an entry exemption document from the country’s foreign posts abroad.

General Travel Requirements

⦁ Must not come, or must not have a travel history within the last 14 days from countries not allowed traveling the Philippines, unless Filipinos who are part of the government or non-government repatriation efforts.
⦁ Must present a confirmed booking for at least ten (10) in an accredited quarantine hotel/facility, or seven days for passengers who are fully vaccinated in the Philippines.
