All Philippine Airlines (PAL) domestic and international flights are canceled until April 30, 2020, due to the extension of the Enhanced Community Government in Luzon.

PAL  assured those who are affected by the flight cancellation that their tickets are safe and still valid and they have enhanced their policies to give you more flexibility due to the COVID-19 situation.

Booking Changes Options for flight Affected by COVID-19 Cancellations or Travel Ban

Convert to Travel Voucher
  • Unused ticket value plus an additional 10% of the unused base fare
  • Valid for one (1) year for travel up to 12 months out
Rebook or Reroute
  • Unlimited (No Rebooking Fee)
    • For first re-booking-No fare difference (same cabin class for travel on or before November 30, 2020, or ticket validity whichever comes first, with blackout dates for the US and CA)
    • For succeeding re-bookings-Fare difference, taxes, and no show fees may be collected (must be in the original booking class, travel within original ticket validity, request 24hrs. before the flight).
  • For Rerouting-Fare difference and taxes may be collected.

When to Request Flight Booking Changes?

  • Passengers from March 15 to April 30, 2020, affected by the COVID-19 Cancellations or Travel Ban-processing of the initial request will be after the enhanced community quarantine period, and even after the original flight.
How to Make Booking Changes?
  • For Tickets booked through the PAL Website, mobile app, Reservations Hotline, and Ticket Office-you can submit re-booking, travel vouchers, and refund requests from the comfort and safety of your home via myPAL Request Hub.

  • For Tickets Booked Via Travel Agent-please contact the issuing travel agent for the booking changes.

Flights may resume May 1, 2020, if the situation allows.
