Step 1
- Inquire at any 2Go Ticketing Office & Freight Office about the vessel schedule and rates
- Inquiries can also be done by calling the 2Go Freight Hotline at (02) 8528-74000 or sending an email to [email protected]
Step 2
- Once you have finalized your choice fill up the 2Go Booking Request form
- Booking must be done 1 week ahead
Step 3
- Secure the Proforma Bill of Lading at the Freight Documentation Center
Step 4
- Accomplish the Proforma Bill Lading for your personal vehicle
Step 5
- The vehicle’s actual measurement shall be done by any Staff of 2Go Freight
- Deliver the booked vehicle to the pier (Two (2) days if afternoon or evening departure) before the estimated vessel departure schedule (Time of Acceptance: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Step 6
- Submit the vehicle documents at the 2Go Freight Documentation Center
- Make sure that the documents are complete(photocopy of the following):
- Official receipt (for used car)
- Certificate of Registration (for a used car)
- Sales Invoice/Delivery Receipt (for a brand-new car)
- Deed of Sale(for Secondhand car)
- Authorization Letter and a copy of valid ID(owner and representative) for a used car
Step 7
- Complete Payment based on the Actual Bill of Lading
- Pay Cash at Manila Port
- Fill out the Pro-forma bill of lading acceptance of cargo
- make sure that no cargo and personal effects are inside the vehicle
- The gasoline of Car must be at least (one) 1 bar
- if the vessel reaches its maximum capacity, cargo will be re-scheduled
- Call or email 2Go Travel for booking confirmation (4 days prior to the passenger vessel’s estimated schedule of departure.
- Reservations with no confirmation are subject to cancellation
Step 8
- Sign the Waiver for Rolling Cargo with Accessories at Pier 4 North Port upon delivery of the car
Step 9
- Inspection and Turnover of vehicle units with keys in the Break Bulk
- Acceptance Cut-Off is 2 hours before the scheduled booked voyage
- Exemption: Manila and Puerto Princesa (2 days before the Expected Time of Departure)
Step 10
- Proceed to the Passenger Check-in Counter for the Standard Boarding Procedure on the date of Travel
