• NO bill of Lading, NO boarding
• Cargoes must be CHECKED in at the port 1-2 hours prior to departure
• For vehicles, OR/CR (photocopy or original) must be presented at the port.

For Passengers

• NO ticket, NO boarding
• If planning to bring a vehicle, Must MAKE A RESERVATION FIRST
• Must be at the port 1-2 hours before the departure schedule
• For online bookings, must be booked 1-2 days before the scheduled departure date.
• Tickets are available for purchase at the port on the day of departure
• Valid ID must be presented at the port
• Hand carry is FREE
• Excess cargo will be charged depending on the weight and volume
• Passengers traveling with pets must present a quarantine permit at the port.
