Pregnant Passengers
  • Should provide a medical certificate 5 days from departure to prove fitness in traveling by boat.
Sick Passengers
  • Must have a medical certificate proving fitness to travel and must bring enough medication and life-saving devices (ex. Oxygen). For non-ambulatory passengers, there should be an accompanying licensed nurse or doctor.
Passengers with pets
  • Must secure Permit to Transport from the Bureau of Animal Industry and pets must be put in cages.
  • Pets must be fed 3-4 hours before departure time.
Ticket Upgrade
  • The ticket must be presented and pay fare difference but it can only be done at the outlet where the ticket was purchased.
Rescheduling
  • An un-expired tickets /tickets did not lapse the 60 days from its departure can be revalidated at any Trans-Asia authorized outlets but are subject to prevailing fare rates.
Tickets Cancellation
  • Un-expired tickets refunded are subject for surcharges.
Baggage Allowance
  • Passengers for 2nd class non-aircon/ aircon and Tourist passengers are only allowed to bring to 50 kilograms of personal baggage.
  • Allowable personal baggage for Cabin and Private Room passengers allowable is only 10  cubic meter or 100 kilos
  • Minor passengers personal baggage is only half of that of an adult passenger
  • No baggage allowance for infants
  • Excess baggage identified under commercial goods will be charged accordingly as cargo.
