Trans-Asia Passenger Reminders

• Valid ID should be presented upon booking your tickets and upon check-in at the passenger terminal.
• For Infant and Minor passengers, a birth certificate must be presented by their adult companion.
• For tickets booked online, simply present the PDF e-itinerary receipt.
• Make sure to check-in early. You must be at the terminal at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Terminal counters will be closed 30 minutes before departure time of the vessel.
• Passengers arriving late may be refused for boarding.
• Do not leave your belongings out of your sight. Please be always mindful of your valuables!
