For Credit Card Transactions:

• 2 copies of eTicket Itinerary Receipts originally signed by the Cardholder and the Passenger/s. Signed Scanned and Photocopied eTicket Itinerary receipts are not accepted.
• Photocopy of the credit card holders valid ID
• Photocopy of the credit card used in purchasing the ticket(front copy only)
• Passengers valid ID

For ATM Transactions:

• For ATM Transactions
• Two (2) copies of eTicket Itinerary Receipts, originally signed
• Valid ID of Passengers

Senior Citizens can avail the government mandated discounts upon presentation of an OSCA ID.
