Clark International Airport: Arriving Passengers Protocol (International Flights)

Here’s the Clark International Airport Protocol for the arriving passengers from an International Flight as per IATF-EID Resolution No. 29.

All passengers arriving from an International Flights will undergo testing and quarantine procedures.

Clark International Airport Guidelines

Below procedures must be observed upon arrival at the Clark International Airport (CRK):

• Prior to arrival, all passengers must fill up the following form:
  • Health Declaration card (Yellow Card)
  • Case Investigation Form (CIF)
  • Oath of Undertaking
• Upon disembarkation, proceed to the Clark International Airport (CRK) One Stop for processing.
• Submit the Health Declaration Card to the Bureau of Quarantine Personnel
• Proceed to the next desk for the hotel assignment.
  • OWWA Desk: For OFWs
  • LMA Desk: For seafarers
  • DOT Desk: For non-OFWs and foreign nationals
• Proceed to the Testing Area for the mandatory RT-PCR Test.
• Proceed to the regular immigration and customs procedures
• Designated buses will take the passengers to their assigned hotel while waiting for the RT-PCR test results.
• The cost of testing and hotel accommodation shall be paid by:
  • OWWA-for OFWs
  • Manning Agency- for seafarers
  • Non-OFWs will shoulder the fee for hotel and RT-PCR Test

A list of the accredited hotels will be presented by the DOT Personnel on Duty.

Note: Non-OFWs includes (returning students, Scholars, Exchange visitors, Diplomats, Tourists, and their Dependents).
